The board discussed the following topics:

1. Meeting called to order by Jim Reilly at 7PM
2. Registration fee will be $140 or $145 (total revenue at $26,880 or $27,840); last year was $130 (total revenue at $24,960)
3. Stay with normal softballs
4. Stay with normal bats (single and dual wall continue to be allowed)
5. Discussions on field turf, clay and mats in the batter's box; 1 mat cost approximately $375
6. Registration dates from 7-8pm are 1-23 (Fri), 1-28 (Wed) and 1-30 (Fri)
7. 22 people already registered on-line
8. Manager's meeting (all Fridays) on 2-6, 2-20 (team registration and all money due) and 2-27 (draft)
9. Awards/Pizza night is on 3-6 (Fri) at K of C at 7PM
10. Season starts on 4-17 (Fri)
11. Season ends on 8-7
12. We've planned for 3 rain outs
13. Tournament to start no later than 9-11 (Fri)
14. Sponsorship is $350
15. US Open marshal work schedule to be prepared by Ed Cullen, Bruce Kubart and Jim Reilly
16. Jerry Iavarone to run OTHG golf outing
17. Bruce Kubart to ask Stonebridge (located at end of NSP in Smithtown area) for information and forward to Jerry Iavarone
