Managers were informed of the following information:

They picked up game balls, shirts, hats,
and league rules

Flyers handed out for Golf and Duck's
outing by Iavarone

Start games on time (7:00pm) and keep
games moving

11:40pm is the time everybody needs to
be out of park and games end
