The board discussed the following topics:

1. Meeting called to order by Jim Reilly at 7:40PM
2. 11 Teams at the meeting, Bar Boy was not present
3. Jim mentioned the passing of a former OTHG player - Gary Tolp
4. Ed Cullen passed reading of the minutes and referred the managers to the posted minutes on the website
5. Board member updates:

   • Brancaccio - uniform requests need to be in by Mar 5 pizza night.
   • Mazza - Article submissions last year were down.  Submit articles by Monday night to post in the upcoming Observer
   • Pallesci - still waiting on dues from some teams
6. Bruce Kubart conducted the draft. 23 players were selected out of a total of 28.The draft sequence was as follows: 12,1,23,15,20,2,11,26,8,4,3,10,27,14,22,21,28,7,6,16,19,25 and 24. Five minutes were allocated for hat pick trades and NO trades were executed.  Bruce has the correlation of draft numbers to players.  Names are not posted to the minutes.
7. Jerry Iavarone scheduled team practices with the managers.  Two practices were picked this evening per team.  Additional practices can be scheduled on line.
8. Reminder that March 5 is the Awards/Pizza night.
